Our treehouses are located at Komlós utca 4. in Dömös, Hungary. Google Maps does not recognize this address at the moment, so search for "DunaTwinhouse" in Google Maps! From Táncsics Mihály út, take a sharp turn upwards - next to the stream - at the red cross tourist path sign. You can drive up by car, there is a limited number of parking spaces in front of the treehouses.
At the end of the booking process, the full price must be settled with SimplePay credit card payment option. We automatically send a confirmation email about the successful payment, which is also confirmation of the reservation. If payment fails after several attempts, or if you do not have a bank card suitable for online shopping, you can transfer the amount to Túrabarátok Kft.'s account number (11703006-25974818, IBAN: HU50117030062597481800000000, BIC kód: OTPVHUHBXXX). Before making the transfer, please make the reservation on the website. If the transfer does not arrive within 24 hours after the reservation, the reservation will be cancelled.
Cancellations are accepted only by email. In case of cancellations via phone, we always ask for an email confirmation, the date of receipt of which is considered the cancellation date. Cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival day are fully refundable, up to the 14 days before the arrival, we refund 50% of the amount. In case of later cancellation, 100% of the paid amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
It is possible with a fee to reschedule the date up to the 3rd day before arrival, upon request sent by email. The new date can be no later than 2 months after the original arrival. After receiving the rebooking fee, we will send you a code by email that you can use when booking a new date. If you include the new dates in the rescheduling request, the reservation will be moved by us and a notification of the new booking will be sent out.

Check-in of the treehouses is from 15.00 when we give you the keys at the reception. The treehouses are cleaned and disinfected after each guest. Check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. If there is no personnel at the reception, we kindly ask our guests to place and lock the keys in the safe deposit box located on the upper house's central support column. The code is discussed in person and is changed from time to time for security reasons.

Each treehouse has an air-conditioner, which provides both cooling and heating options. When the balcony door is open, the air conditioner switches off to avoid running unnecessarily.
Each room has a SmartTV and WiFi, you will find the WiFi code on the information leaflet in your room. There is no cable TV or antenna nearby the forest, but you can watch Netflix or YouTube for free or if you have your own subscription HBO GO, and Apple TV are available too. These require your account with login details.
Please make sure that you shower before getting into the jacuzzi. Do not use any shower gel or soap, and you may not eat or drink in the pool! If any shower gel, soap, food, or drink gets into the water, the entire amount of water must be replaced, which means several hours of work and a lot of wasted water.
The 2 personal jacuzzis are usually heated up to 36 degrees at all times. During summer, when it is hot outside we lower the temperature to 27 degrees. The control panel can be used to adjust the strength of the water flow with the small round signed button, in between the +/- sign. Pressing the button once starts a weak flow, pressing one more time gives a full airflow. Press it again to turn it off. The jacuzzi sometimes circulates the water on its own at idle speed to ensure the right temperature and cleanliness filtration.
The short answer is no, you can't see into any of the treehouses from outside. The treehouses are on 4-meter-high stilts, which ensures the privacy of the interior spaces. The large panoramic windows overlook the garden and face in the direction of the Danube. Each treehouse has full-width blackout curtains making the rooms cozy even at night.
The four treehouses have identical interior designs and equipment. Two houses share a wall but the terrace is separated and has private jacuzzis. The interior of the rooms is made with soothing wood paneling, the uniquely designed pine furniture gives a minimalist, close-to-nature feeling. The jungle-patterned tiles in the bathroom are like paintings. From the double bed, you can see the trees of the nearby forest.
